The Regulatory Authority sponsors various management development learning opportunities annually, with experts coming in-house to work in small groups with junior, mid-level, and senior managers. 

Chartered Institute for Personnel and Development UK (CIPD)

We are the first organisation in Qatar to formally partner with the Chartered Institute for Personnel and Development (UK), a professional association for human resource management professionals. Founded in 1913, the CIPD is the world’s oldest association in its field and has over 145,000 members internationally working across private, public and voluntary sectors. 

The partnership is exposing the Human Resources team to the latest thought leadership in their field to support their ongoing professional development. This coaching is establishing a foundation of best practices in the department, with the expectation that staff members will pursue individual CIPD certifications to achieve Associate, Chartered Member, or Chartered Fellow levels, all internationally recognised certifications in the Human Resources sector.

Chartered Institute of Public Relations UK (CIPR)

Employees in the Corporate Services division of the Regulatory Authority have the opportunity to earn an internationally renowned accreditation as a public relations practitioner through an 18-month programme with the Chartered Institute of Public Relations (UK).
